Recently we worked with Joe for a family funeral. Nothing was preplanned because it was sudden. Joe was very professional, compassionate and organized. From the beginning, he was very easy to work with - they handled everything. He was sensitive to leave the room for a few minutes when we were talking to a brother on the phone. Beautiful facility - he planned the Prayer Service/Celebration of Life similar to a Catholic Mass. Funeral next day was well planned
