She had tangled a round brush in it with a blowdryer, tried to remove it herself, even taking a shower with the brush stuck in her hair. We had to cut the bristles off with pliers just to get it out. I worked on it for almost 10 hours with hardly any progress. Christina had it all smoothed out in an hour. I'm speechless. And she squeezed us in at the last minute after hours. 10 stars not 5!“
