First time ever needing an HVAC company, and it’s safe to say I will never call anybody else. Replaced our gas furnace, and added central air. Replaced all ductwork, and insulated the attic. New thermostat. The ladies in the office were great with communicating. The guys working showed up within the given time frame all 3 days they were working. They were very polite and respectful. Made sure to clean up any mess they had made. After the work was done I noticed a gas leak, called Vera and she had someone out there that evening, around 5:30-6pm. Just had to tighten a fitting. Called very late on a Friday afternoon (4:15pm). They were still extremely responsive and had someone out to fix a water heater issue before 5pm. Super appreciative of the attention, care, and quick fix on the problem. We will definitely use Beard again.

They installed the HVAC system with our new home build. Did a great job then and have continued to have great service with some add ons we have had since we moved into our new home
I have been amazed at how they have gone above and beyond to take care of their customers. Will be signing up for a service contract this spring., as I trust them to keep our system running smoothly for years to come.
