I bought my Daughter a fixer upper. The basement was taking on water. Zach W came out and helped us figure out what was going on. It ended up not being something Acculevel could fix. Although he couldn’t fix our problem he was showed us what was happening and why. He then gave us phone numbers to three other people that could help us solve our problem. He still gave us an estimate on what it would cost to waterproof the basement when we were ready. I feel anyone else would have left after finding out they couldn’t help us as quick as they could. Denver and the team at Acculevel provided support for our sun room, which had begun sinking under the weight of a second floor addition (installed by the home's previous owner -- not sure how it passed inspection back then!). Denver was polite and professional throughout, and the crews carefully worked around our fig bush and restored the rest of our landscaping upon completion. The solution involved helical piers (which our city's inspector told me are state-of-the-art) and steel beams. I am grateful to Acculevel for addressing this situation.

We had Doug come out and give us an estimate regarding a sagging floor; he was very professional and polite, and we were honestly very surprised by the affordability! Would definitely recommend this company
