They worked with us on budget and helped us every step of the way. They were so helpful each and every step of the way when we were building.

American Ellgance Homes was has been great to work with. Thier customer service is amazing and they are the best custom home builders in rome city Indiana.
Built pergola on existing patio. James and Zeb were outstanding. Rain sensor closes shades automatically and works beautiful. During recent storms on June 13, I placed anything outside that could get damaged inside pergola. Watched as strong wind and rain poured down. Happy to report that all ended up well and no damage to any items. Would highly recommend this business. Very sorry I didn’t build a house with them.
