Their dispatch / customer support, whoever picked up the phone, was very polite. But their drivers seem to need to learn a little discipline. From one truck driver to another, quit making us look bad. This driver was forcing his way into Lanes in the middle of a traffic jam by jerking the nose of his truck at other vehicles while also driving in Lanes designated no trucks allowed.
