They do great work. I have taken many items to Rochester Mending and have always been extremely happy with their work. It's hard to find someone to do alterations and really hard to find someone who does it well. They're the best I know of and I'm so glad they're in Rochester!
excellent service. cute little shop and lovely lady who is always friendly.
i took my wedding dress to them to be cleaned and they preserved it as well and then they had to hold it for me months because i couldn’t pay for it right away.
i worked in a dry cleaners when i was in my 20s and so many people take advantage and leave their stuff for years or never come back at all.
dry cleaning is not a service that should be taken advantage of. especially small business shops.

We took my daughter’s prom dress for alterations. The dress she loved and wanted so badly was 2-3 sizes too big. They were able to alter the dress to fit perfectly. The price of the alterations were fair. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this business in the future! Thank you for making my daughter’s prom dress perfect for her.
