Many describe a pleasant experience where staff go the extra mile to make patients feel at ease. Wait times are short, and the selection of glasses is good. While most experiences are highly recommended, there can occasionally be miscommunication regarding insurance coverage. Overall, patients are satisfied and plan to return.
