Ladybug Laundromat is a clean and well-run establishment that impresses customers with its organized environment. Located in Rochester, the laundromat features air conditioning for a comfortable experience. The manager, Karen, is noted for her dedication and friendly demeanor, ensuring that the place remains in top shape. Customers appreciate her hard work, and many believe she deserves more recognition and pay. While there are concerns about the oversight practices at the laundromat, the overall sentiment reflects a positive experience with both the facility and its management.
If you need to go to the laundromat, the ladybug laundromat is the place to be, I’ve never been to a laundromat that was so clean and so welcoming. The attendant working that day was absolutely a wonderful human being. She was very kind courteous and helpful. It had been Years since I’ve been to a laundromat and I was 100% amazed at how nice this place was and the washing machine machines and dryers were all top of the line high-quality machines and every single one was spotless. I highly recommend this place.
The laundromat is clean and well maintained, however, its unfortunate that the people that can't make it before the attendant leaves are unable to use their restroom. The bathroom door stays locked after the attendant leaves at 6. There are many signs stating we're not allowed to leave while clothes are in the machines, yet we cant use the restroom while being there for hours. This alone makes me want to find another laundromat.
The woman who runs this place on Sundays is an angel. She helped me figure out the payment card system (easy) and gave me a refund in quarters when I had money left on the card, since I am just passing through the state and won’t be back. I’ve been to a number of laundromats in Indiana and this is one of the cleanest! The machines I used worked well and my clothes came out clean and dry.
