The woman who runs this place on Sundays is an angel. She helped me figure out the payment card system (easy) and gave me a refund in quarters when I had money left on the card, since I am just passing through the state and won’t be back. I’ve been to a number of laundromats in Indiana and this is one of the cleanest! The machines I used worked well and my clothes came out clean and dry.
I really enjoyed my short time working for ladybug. I think Karen is a phenomenal store manager, she busts her butt to make sure that place is in tip top shape, I enjoyed working with her, I believe she should get paid immensely for her dedication and hard work, she's a great trainerThe "Warden" seems to be on a power trip, I think its extremely weird someone has enough time in their day to continuously watch the cameras like she's babysitting, and also moving the cameras, she should trust her store manager considering she's running the place.I really enjoyed my short time here, maybe people should be more understanding and they would keep their former employees.KAREN...read full review
This Ladybug location here in Rochester is always clean and well organized. I am always impressed when I do my laundry at this location. The manager Karen is friendly and I always see her smiling , and she maintains a very clean establishment, the owner should be very proud of this location as well as the manager.
