Wonderful experience!! This is the first time my fiance and I are purchasing a house, and there's a lot of anxiety around it, especially for the very first go. We're buying an older home, and there's so much we don't know. Chris was amazing, the inspection report we got was thorough and the high quality pictures of every detail mentioned was so helpful. We showed up at the end of the report, 15 minutes late actually, and he had waited for us so that he could show us around and reference what was on the report directly to us.
