My husband and I hired ******** Custom Tile to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel. The remodel started at the beginning of December and was supposed to be finished by mid February at the latest. It started off great, but in January he started working less hours and missing days without communication. When questioned we always got an excuse, lots of times it would be the same excuse he already had given us before. He told us multiple times the house would be done by x time and then he would miss days to a week or more at a time with no communication until we contacted him and we would get another excuse. Long story short Its July & after missing several deadlines to finish the job, he stopped showing up and returning text and he had already been paid 90% of his money (he asked for an advance twice.) We had to hire someone else to finish the job and buy material that we already paid him for that he never brought to our house. ****** learned! We dont suggest you hire him for anything.

Mark did our bathroom at our second home. He did an excellent job we were not there during the construction he was very respectful of the property and make the entire process seamless from over 1500 miles away thank you very much Mark we sure appreciate all the work that you did for us.

Mark did a wonderful job on my 118 year old kitchen floor. Easy to work with, explaining and answering my many questions and very accommodating for our schedule and grandson. Love it Mark thank you so much!!
