I've been to them a few times over the last couple years, at first when they still rented out that actual Commercial space across the street from the private Home they're in now. They are knowledgeable and from my most recent visit, quite considerate as I stopped in to see if they could give a Laptop a cleaning before I gave it to a family member. I was in a rush so I couldn't get a thorough internal cleaning as that would take about an hour, but then the owner (I believe) offered to blow out as much junk from the keyboard and vents using compressed air as she could free of charge.
