Can't say enough good about Muse Heating & Cooling!! We have had ongoing issues with our entire AC/dehumidifier unit, had the company who installed it come out earlier this week when we were having problems (yet again) with our dehumidifier. They quoted us a ridiculous solution (at a $1.8K cost) and they weren't even sure if that would fix the problem. We called Muse, Chris came out next day, immediately identified what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. He was so friendly, so knowledgeable, explained the issue and was beyond efficient. Had Muse Heating tech ( Christopher M. ) out this morning for yearly maintenance on our furnace. Technician was very prompt, friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable and efficeant. Definitely will have them back in the spring to run maintenance on our air conditioner.. Well done.

Chris came out to my house to give me a quote. Was great to chat with and explained things to make since. I was recommended by family neighbors. He was able to work around my work schedule to meet with me and to give me number quotes and options.
