Below are the best 3 hair salons in Rising Sun picked by BestProsInTown
“Ashley has been nothing short of amazing each time I’ve stepped foot into the salon! I’ve came to her with some crazy ideas, and each time she knocks it out of the park! From my hair to my nails, she’s the only one I have found that LISTENS, and gives me honest feedback on if something will work for my hair. Very professional, polite, respectful, and honestly makes you feel like you’re one of the closest friends. I highly suggest booking with her if you can!Services: Pedicures”
“Kim is a great stylist! Have gone to her for cuts, highlights and all over colorings for 3 years. Good conversation, a quaint atmosphere, and a great cut and color every time! And at a really great price!”
“Gina was amazing! She helped my very, picky son get a cut that he loves! He later said that is the best haircut he’s ever had! Thank you for your patience!”
