Terrible customer service. Long wait times and disappointing results. I waited for 3 weeks for an appointment to be set up. When finally contacted in late afternoon, I was told the only available time was the very next day in the morning. After rearranging my schedule to accomodate Tom's needs, he abruptly cancelled. I highly recommend avoiding this one.
