I just had my truck towed to Rule Auto Care after my coolant temperature skyrocketed. It’s the Friday before the county fair, and they were very friendly and understanding when I showed up. They’re full of other customers but they will fit me in for a diagnostic test when they can. That’s very kind, considering the circumstances, and I actually expect a fairly costly repair. Troy and the group have been awesome. Unfortunately over the last month or so I've had to have work done to two vehicles. Troy was awesome to deal with and was in tune with what I wanted to get done. His pricing was very reasonable, and I Just appreciated his honestly as we talked through the issues with one of the vehicles.
