Very friendly staff. And Theresa Coyner is great! She really knows skin! And if she can't figure it out, she's not afraid to refer you. There's usually not a wait. I will continue seeing her and definitely recommend her to anyone.

Since I live in Remington I visit the Rensselaer office of Randall Dermatology. From receptionist to nurse, to NP Teresa Coyner, everyone is very friendly and eager to serve and/help.

randall dermatology is the simply the best ! along with dr randall, the medical and office staff, i have found them all to be thorough, professional, extremely knownledgeable and most of all compassionate. i feel very fortunate to have the staff assisting me during my health issues. thank you for listening!
