“I did extensive research before deciding on a company to put up a post frame building after purchasing a home in Auburn, IN. After talking through what we were looking for with over 10 builders, we contracted with FBI. There were several challenges fitting our build, given the size of the lot and features we wanted to incorporate. I have come to realize that I can be very detail-oriented when it comes to projects, and FBI was up to the task. This was a significant investment for our family, and obviously we wanted it constructed to our standards.
From the start, Brian took the time to talk about what we were looking to do, and suggested more efficient strategies that allowed more room in my budget for additional features. Dalton was communicative and responsive to my questions. Zac, Ron and the rest of Crew #20 were courteous, respectful, and took the time to clean up the jobsite each day. Overall, this group are passionate about what they do, and have a customer-focused mindset. The team was thought-forward in their construction as they knew I had plans to finish the interior at a later date. I was thoroughly impressed as they brought issues, with solutions, to my attention, before I had to ask.
Should we have the need for a post-frame structure in the future, the team at FBI will be my first call.“
