I have a son with special needs. When he first started going to her he HATED I MEAN HATED to get his hair cut. MELISSA was always understanding and patient with him. He walks in she calls him by name with makes him feel more comfortable. He sits down in her chair ready for his haircut. She has took the time to get him familiar with the electric clippers.
