Jim and Illiana Basement Waterproofing are fantastic. Make sure you call him if you have any issues. He’s professional and his crew arrived on time. Price was great so is the Warranty. A side note. I had an unrelated issue arise- frozen sump line. I called Jim to ask if he carried a fitting an “ice guard” which would prevent the line from freezing again. Not only did he have one in stock, he delivered personally dropped it off at my house on a Saturday morning. This isn’t something you can find very easily. This is way above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Not to mention, the initial work Jim completed in my house was a very small job. I didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars for the great customer service. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am how much he cares for his customers.
