We purchased a pool package in 2022, it was installed professionally. After 3 years the pool pump failed, we brought it in to an electrical repair company & to our surprise we were advised that the Hayward pump was manufactured in 2012. Needless to say after paying $500 for the pump, it isn’t worth repairing. I feel we were definitely taken advantage of. All I can say is buyer beware.
I wrote the above review before contacting Water Way in anger. Since then I have spoken with Jen who corrected the production date of the pump to Dec of 2020. Jen has since resolved the pump issue amazingly! I highly recommend Jen & Water Way. Thank you again Jen!
