No free bench or squat only smith machine
I enjoy going the Portage Planet Fitness. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bruce the trainer is very very good at his job,showing how to use the equipment the best equipment for the plan he makes for you.
He does a fantastic job of making plans for you so you don't get hurt trying to overdo heavy weights. He keeps me motivated to keep on getting better in my journey to a healthier and happy lifestyle.
Well equipped and good lighting. Plenty of weights and machines available to work with.
