Please instruct your drivers on not coming out of a parking lot 25mph on US 30 west bound. This man with a dog in his truck just did this at about 9:05 this Sunday morning 10/12. We had to hit the brakes to keep from hitting him. I tried to get his license # before he proceeded west on Rt 2, he was going g to fast for us to catch up with him.
