The oil pressure switch sensor went bad on my truck, I called them to get a price & ended up going there. They worked on my truck to replace the sensor for roughly an hour. Great job Firestone

I got an alignment from this place. The technician didn't bother to loosen the tie rod boots so they got rather twisted up during the rotation. The boot stself did not tear l, so no harm done.Took it back for another alignment after getting more suspension work done on the vehicle, and asked them to correct the issue. They did without protest and second alignment was free since they offer a 12 month warranty type of deal where you can keep coming back for free alignments for 12 months. There is a life time warranty option as well for a bit more money, but I do not plan on keeping this vehicle for more than a cpl years.

I unfortunately caught a flat with my brand new car. The staff was helpful, communicated effectively with me. Craig was verh helpful with getting me squared away ! He was knowledgeable, fast and had great customer service. Hopefully I won’t have to come back (who likes paying for tires or repairs).
