She was so comfortable with everyone and wasn’t scared at any point and I fully believe it’s because of how they interacted with her. I could tell that Dr. Sitko was very knowledgeable as she described my issues and wrote the prescription for my glasses.

I anticipated some difficulty in trying to decide on a pair of glasses, but the technician was wonderful at her job and put me at ease. When I slipped on the perfect pair of glasses, I knew they were the ones. Getting my technician's approval sealed the deal!
