“I decided to go and get my annual eye exam and I wanted to go to America's Best. So I decided to go to the portage Indiana location. I had totally forgotten that it was October 31... Halloween. The place was decked out for Halloween and all of the staff members, including the doctor. We're all dressed and various costumes, which was awesome. I was sitting in the waiting area ready to see the doctor because I had already selected a nice frame that was on sale. The eye doctor dressed in an 80s jogging suit that was color blocked was really cute. Exam went well. Pressure was great eyes had improved. Ordered my glasses received them within two weeks. Overall experience was very good. The environment is very comfortable and laid-back. I would give it five stars.“

She was the only person in the store, and she was answering phones, and helping customers, and under stressful conditions, she ran the store quite successfully. I could tell that Dr. Sitko was very knowledgeable as she described my issues and wrote the prescription for my glasses.
