Diamond nails

I had been a client of this family for several years, I had a my regular guy Vu who I saw and was wonderful. This last time I went in Vu was not there. I was in need of the service so I went ahead and got my pedicure. The young kid who was providing the service was not paying attention to what he was doing. He was on his phone. And I told him to get off his phone. He then said in Vietnamese that I didn't understand. Employee not knowing I know some Vietnamese I called him out and said he was rude and disrespectful. On top of that because he wasn't paying attention he caused me to bleed on both my big toes and I now have a bacterial skin infection. I will never again step foot into diamond nail and spa. It's obvious the service and training is going down hill!!!

They charged me $62 for the most uneven and lumpy nails. I was having a gel fill done, so simple and my nails are all inconsistent as well as uneven. In the pictures you can see how they wave as well as all look inconsistent.

I (an African American woman) went here with my nieces mother (who was Caucasian). The lady who was short with glasses was nice to her but unreceptive to me. She did my nails but she acted like i was bothering her or if i started shaking she got annoyed. Then she asked me if my friend (nieces mother) would be paying for my nails. I was stunned she would ask me that because if that were the case, i would've been with her getting pedicures instead of a full set. I'm glad i am from out of town and got to experience the racial aggression in this shop. P.S. my nails were okay but she was such in a rush to get an African American woman away from her that my middle finger nails don't match at all in regards to size.
