This CPA was excellent before Pat retired, our taxes were turned in March 16th and they did not communicate that they would not be done in time and an extension would be filed. In 41 years of marriage we have never submitted our taxes late! Their communication is non-existent, and now I can’t call and leave a message about our taxes and estimated timeframe they will be submitted (after tax submission day) due to voicemail being full

I am trying to have patience, its been 2 months since i turned my taxes in to be filed. An extension has been filed, and i have just retired so we could really use our refund. I have used them for years but that was with Pat. A great guy... i really am not sure what to do now. If your swamped, you,d tjink youbwould hire more coas or NOT take anymore taxes right?
