“We searched EVERYWHERE to try and get our daughter's ears pierced for her 1st birthday and Essence was the only one that helped us out!! The ladies were SO kind and gentle with her, even when she moved a little, they reset and didn't get annoyed. Environment was very chill and quiet which helped our daughter now get so overwhelmed I think! Overall super happy with the way they turned out! We paid $65 for their gold studs (which they recommended for small children) and $20 for the extra tech (so they could do both ears at the same time) And the $7 for the ointment!“
