Excellent customer service from the front desk to the Physical Therapist. Scheduling an appointment is super easy and they are so kind. I am comfortable working with any of the physical therapist on staff. My success on learning to walk again is their top priority. Very laidback friendly environment! They were very thorough and efficient in providing treatment to fix an ongoing painful shoulder issue that’s been irritating me for years. Went in there preparing myself for the bad news that I would need surgery in near future. Then, after about a month of treatment, the pain subsided and now I have more fluidity than before. They also are very knowledgeable in providing insight on things you can do at home to further help your recovery and mitigate problems for further success.
