Customers appreciate the clean salon and the fact that one technician handles the entire nail service. The salon has a loyal following as people are happy with the quality and durability of their nail work. The staff is friendly, and the massage chairs are relaxing. Customers are satisfied with the polish quality and its longevity. While the salon may not be the most updated, the prices are reasonable.
I have been going to pro nail for years now!! They do an absolutely amazing job and they are fast!!! Lynn never disappoints and is such a sweet lady! The customer service is beyond exceptional!! I will continue to go to Pro nail for all of my nail needs!! Thank you all @ Pro Nail for being so amazing!! If you haven’t tried this nail salon, you need too!! I recommend them on a 10/10 scale!
Traveling for work and overdue for a fill-in, I stopped in Pro Nails in Plymouth. There was a brief wait, less than 5 minutes to get seated. I asked for a repair, fill, and art for the holiday. I'm very happy I stopped in and will definitely be back when in the area.

I got a pedicure here once again this morning and it was amazing! The salon was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the massage chairs were so relaxing. My tech was GENTLE, detailed, and made my feet feel brand new. The polish looks perfect and last way longer than I expected. Highly recommend!
