Great family business! They stand behind their work!!We stumbled across Artizan Flooring while driving through Plymouth and ended up using them for a whole house recarpet job a couple years ago. They are super to work with and very accommodative the whole way through. As it turned out, the carpet we chose did not wear well in our high traffic family room and began crushing and staining early on. When Artizan ran into trouble obtaining a warranty re-do on the job thru the manufacturer (which should have happened), Rick & Amber stood behind the product themselves and willingly recarpeted that part of our home without the support of the manufacturer!! Rick and his team/family do an amazing job! They can help you with anything flooring. They will help you design the right kind of flooring for you, and then install it! If you are more of the DIY type, you can buy your materials there. They have a much better selection than big box stores, and also more knowledge and can recommend anything to you! Highly recommend Artizan!

If you need flooring of any type, go in and talk with their personnel. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping you decide what best suits your needs without a pushy sales pitch. Chapter two coming after they install new flooring throughout our entire home.
