I’ve always steered clear of the chain store salons due to issues I’ve had in the past. Today I can say that Great clips saved my butt. I spent $75 at a “barber” shop to get a cut and shave. The “barber” absolutely destroyed my hair. The only place I could find open nearby was this Great Clips. A very pleasant young lady named Dawn checked me in within 30 seconds of walking in. I told her my situation and she was quick to take in the challenge. Dawn had me straight to a chair and went to work. She was able to 100% fix my disaster for less than half of what I paid to create it. Very happy, and I will be back. Thank you Dawn!

I am delighted that my primary stylist, Dawn, has shared her contact information with me. This way I could make sure and go when she is working as I had a previous stylist who really messed up my cut and it took almost a year to get it right. Everyone is very nice. I like the online check-in system. The salon is very clean and all the Silas seem to have some primary customers as well as very gracious with walk-ins. My sister and I have been going there for almost 3 years now.

I have been to this location a couple times and the last 2 times I have went I've been unsatisfied with my haircut. I always get the same kind of cut I have for years not necessarily here. But the last two my hair has been cut by two different women and both made my hair choppy. This time it looks like it was cut straight across. And choppy, I got my hair cut last week July 17th and I've just tried to deal with it because I don't want to be out money again that I don't have to have it fixed or any shorter.
