Upon arrival, please park in front of the docks alongside the fence and contact the provided phone number. They offer contactless service. During the call, you will be asked for your BOL number. Subsequently, you will receive a text message containing further instructions and your assigned dock number. For deliveries, please place the necessary paperwork in the rear of the trailer. The unloading process took approximately 30 minutes, which is highly efficient. I hope all receivers operate with similar efficiency.
