We recently purchased some butcher block countertops and had them installed by Carriage House, and we were very pleased with the entire process. Heather and her team were very patient and helpful while we decided what type of counter to go with, and also allowed us to take several samples home to choose from. The pricing was clearly discussed, and the entire process was simple and painless. We have been using the counters for a couple months now, and they are wonderful. I highly recommend this business.
Called to have someone come out and record measurements and the woman Alexa was so rude! I asked her some questions and she had no idea of the answers and sounded frustrated. Her attitude was horrible. She could have cared less and when I asked when the cabinets would arrive she was nothing but hateful. Horrible customer service. I called myers cabinet company instead. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t use this place!
Carriage House has been great to work with! They walked us through the process altering our cabinets and even helped us get new hinges from another vendor because they didn’t stock that specific hinge. Every single person on the team is kind, honest & knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back for future woodworking needs!
