Mike, Jeremy, and Nick are top notch. Super professional, polite, and easy to work with. I have had them work on multiple jobs of varying complexity and trust them implicitly to do it correctly and at an affordable price.
Asked for a quote via Plainfield Chatter on Facebook. He was quick to estimate, and made an appointment for about 6 days down the road. He had an opening come up 2 days after getting quote and came then. Work was done quickly and professionally. THAT is customer service!
Assured Electric installed a Tesla wall charger in our garage in preparation for our car. The wiring had to run from our panel in the house to our desired location in the garage. The work was very clean and his price was more than fair. Mike answered all my questions over a couple week span and also spoke directly with Tesla's charging team to make sure we had everything needed. We chose Assured Electric over 3 other Tesla Certified Electric companies because of the quality of service and work performed.
