Their customer service is weird. The one I spoke with originally sounded robotic and couldn’t answer simple questions. I almost hung up and found someone else because the person was very robotic and I began to think it was a scam despite the good reviews. However, once you get past the strange customer service, this company is pretty good! We had Brayden as our technician. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and he worked efficiently and effectively. He was also very kind hearted which is not a common trait anymore, it seems. Benner is also very prompt with coming to do the diagnostic assessment and also coming to do the repair once the parts come in. My only true complaint (besides the strange customer service) is they do seem to price gouge a bit and the customer service lady (different one than the original one) refused to allow me to know the price breakdown when she called with the quote. The receipt also did not have a price breakdown. I know the parts were several hundred under what we paid so that was a lot in labor and traveling. Was it worth it, though? Yes. I have heat intolerance and other companies would come but never call back and one company even tried convincing us the whole unit was “fried”. Brayden seemed very honest with diagnostics. I was roasting in my own house and was experiencing adverse health effects. Our unit is now running amazingly so far. I would rate this company 4/5. Losing a point for price transparency and the initial strange customer service interaction. Brayden gets a 5/5. Overall I would consider this a great experience.
