I took my late mother's ring to Gilbert's for an appraisal. I had never seen it off my mother's finger. I was still grieving. I was treated with such care and kindness it touched my heart, and I knew moms ring was in the right hands.Susan knew right away that she was looking at a heirloom. She examined it thoroughly and described in detail what she was seeing on the piece, what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. The consultation was complete, professional, specialized, technical, experienced, and competent. She was compassionate and empathetic in her approach. I had some loose diamonds that were fixed and I also had it rhodium dipped. My wedding ring looks brand new! They were friendly and quick and it was ready a day before they said it would be! EXCELLENT JOB! I’ll be coming back for any other work!

I was a first time customer there, all I needed was a couple links taken out if my watch, so it should have been a quick in and out but there's a woman I talked to which engaged into conversation with me which made me look around the shop and made the experience fun. Not like other jewelry shops where they rush you out. They talk to you like they've known you all there life. 100% will come back again. Also store is clean and well kept.
