Teresa is an excellent beautician. She really listens, and she is so professional yet friendly. One of the qualities that really stand out in her craft is her ability to cut curly hair. This is a challenge for many beauticians, but she is excellent at it! I highly recommend A Cut Above.

The only place I will get my haircut at. I go out of my way to make sure I get a haircut here in downtown Peru. Stop in and check out the new inventory of clothes and accessories. Or call in to schedule an appointment!
