She used infrared light therapy during my massage, which I've never used before, and it helped my muscles and nerves tremendously. She thoroughly worked through several large knots I had and the next day I could tell a massive difference. Since she is located within a salon, be aware that you may hear voices/hair dryers, etc. during your massage (this doesn't bother me a bit).
