The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent. I was impressed with how quickly they got my vehicle in and finished the oil change. They swept out the floor and washed the windows. Great job!
Loved my experience at the Pendleton Jiffy Lube. Extremely fast service. They attacked my oil change like a hungry baby attacks a bottle. Happy to spend a little extra money for the fast service. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely going back for oil changes.
Just wanted to leave a review of Jiffy Lube. I went in last week to just get a check on the fluid levels of my car, only to find out my car had a myriad of issues that needed to be addressed. I panicked because I had a flight that day and needed to get to the airport. The techs, mechanic, and office staff were AMAZING, calming my fears and even offering to personally get me to the airport if need be. I left my car there and had someone pick me up and take me to the airport and when I called to tell them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until after business hours, the office staff asked how my vacation was going.
