I just had my regular cleaning and they did x-rays. The oral hygienist had done my cleansings before asked if I had any pain or issues before starting. I told her that I'd like the pain gel for my upper inside teeth because the nerves are really sensitive. No worries. She took her time and explained everything as she went along.
Dr. Downing came in and checked everything and did a 2nd x-ray of my implant. Just checking to make sure it's seated properly.

The service provided by the Dentist and the Hygienists were top notch. Very professional and kind.
The front desk needs to learn a few things about communication when questions are asked on charges. I had asked several times since the scheduling of my cleaning what to expect for cost. Consistently told $102 for cleaning. Bill today for my cleaning was $232. Cleaning $102, Exam Fee $ and X-Ray Fee on top of that. Explain that there is an Exam Fee on top of the Cleaning Fee when asked. On the two previous visits I had stated that I did not have dental insurance when inquiring about costs.

Been with Still Waters for several years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Downey explains all the treatment options and leaves the final decision to you. Great place for dental needs.
