Crystal Clear is always very helpful whenever we call or visit them. We haven't had the best "luck" with our pool since installing 6 years ago, but the staff and service people are always helpful and informative. We feel they are reasonably priced and don't ever feel taken advantage of. We recommend them to our friends and are happy to support this local business.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Crystal Clear Pools. All the staff members that work the phone are very pleasant and helpful. Beth has been especially helpful to me by troubleshooting potential fixes with issues I've had in order to avoid having a fee for someone to come out and take a look. A couple weeks ago, they even arranged for a tech to come to my house on Friday evening to repair our broken heater so that we could use the pool for a pool party the next day. I find the pricing to be reasonable as well. Top notch.
