Despite a single report of an unprofessional appearance by an employee, the company is praised for its honesty, integrity, and reliability when it comes to both products and services, including storm shelters and septic system parts.
Yesterday I went to funeral in Newton. It was a nice funeral except when we got to the cemetery. I could not believe the very unprofessional appearance of the vault person. Shirt dirty,hair unkempt. He did his job but his appearance was not what I would have expected from a Rex Vault employee.
I've never had the need - yet - for the products or services of Rex Vault Service. I have considered purchasing a storm shelter, but I only think to do so during heavy thunderstorms and tornado warnings. I do know that RVS is a family-owned business and the morals, honesty and integrity of every member of this family is above reproach. Have you ever made a large purchase and walked away feeling you've been had? You won't at Rex Vault Service. I would recommend them to anyone.
