Shannon came out to inspect the furnace and quickly identified the issue of a fried circuit board, placing an order for the new circuit board as the earliest they could. Shannon came right over, fixed the furnace, added some efficiencies, and even noticed and provided guidance on how to fix further issues leftover from a previous company. The experience with Dave's through this emergency has been top-notch service every step of the way. They know their stuff, they know how to fix it, and they make customers and their issues a priority. Customers are happy and new service contract members, and would heartily recommend them. Super knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing to fix heat instead of just handing a bill. Absolutely amazing customer service! Highly highly recommend.
