I contacted Josh with an insurance claim while he was on vacation with his family. Not only did Josh take the call, he also started the claim process and had me set up for a rental that same day...on a Sunday. He did not forward me to voicemail, did not say he would take care of it Monday, did not hesitate to help out, immediately. Great service from Josh and helping me get the ball rolling on my claim!
