HONEST AS THE DAY IS LONG! After pumping my septic tank, Roger called to tell me that based on the looks of the septic lid, he believed that my tank had a 2nd lid (& told me where he believed it was - he was correct). He further said that if I did find the 2nd lid, he would come back out (to Washington county, no less) & pump the other side - at no additional cost. He could have simply pumped the one side and left; I wouldn't have known the difference. Honesty like this is rare and when a gem like this is discovered, should be at the very least recognized with a positive review.
