“My son is 20 months old, only has had 1 haircut before moving to North Manchester. The first hair cut was a disaster and I was worried scheduling another. When I arrived they had a kids section with toys and coloring (which my son immediately had to start playing) and when it was our turn to go, my anxiety ran high. Amber did a phenomenal job taking her time and doing whatever it took to make my son comfortable and she worked around him and his movements. She was a true angel. Talking to him the whole time and offering toys and suckers during the process. The person sitting at the front desk was also talking to him asking him his colors and what “color” sucker he wanted and distracted him from what was going on. They are all amazing!! I couldn’t have asked for a better situation.“
