We have used Cooks Carpet Cleaning over the past 3 yrs. They are excellent!! Today was no exception, the gentleman came and looked over our carpet, explained all the steps, went out and set up his equipment, put all the necessary items around our house so that the hoses didn’t scrape the furniture or walls. Typically when u have ur carpets cleaned the company asks u to move all of ur furniture, well that is what made us so happy today. The gentleman actually helped us move some of our ungodly heavy furniture to clean behind them. That is what makes them stand out. Great results is what we received from these professionals! In addition they were courteous, friendly and efficient! From the initial phone conversation with their amiable secretary our experience with Cooks Carpet Care was top-notch all the way through! ?? We recommend them to anyone!
