Cook's Carpet Care provides excellent and professional carpet cleaning. They are courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. The team explains all the steps, takes care to protect the home, and goes above and beyond by helping to move heavy furniture. They have an eye for detail and do a great job. Customers are always happy with their service, highly recommend them, and find them worth every penny. They stand out for their exceptional service.
We have used Cooks Carpet Cleaning over the past 3 yrs. They are excellent!! Today was no exception, the gentleman came and looked over our carpet, explained all the steps, went out and set up his equipment, put all the necessary items around our house so that the hoses didn’t scrape the furniture or walls. Typically when u have ur carpets cleaned the company asks u to move all of ur furniture, well that is what made us so happy today. The gentleman actually helped us move some of our ungodly heavy furniture to clean behind them. That is what makes them stand out.
